You must know your FOA Certification Number and Expiration
Date to
renew online. Many people refer to their FOA Certification
Number
as their "CFOT number" because they received their CFOT
first. To renew online, your FOA Certification must not have expired
more than 3 years ago.
You will need to provide an email address for your receipt which comes
from the store directly and to receive your updated online credential.

The email address you use for this renewal will be the identification
for your online credential. Please ensure the email is a unique personal
permanent email for the person being renewed.
